Especially large, quiet room (35 sqm) furnished in country style, balcony to the east-south side with unobstructed views of the mountains.
Description of the accommodation
Quiet location, directly at the spa gardens, unobstructed mountain views, large garden with playground and sunbathing lawn.
All apartments have a large balcony. Optimal starting point for your hikes and bike tours.
Cross-country skiing trail in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket 5 min walk away.
Our house is a member of the marketing community "Berglust Pur".

Guests are welcome all year round.
On the day of arrival you can move into your holiday flats from approx. 1 pm.
On the day of departure you should vacate the holiday flats by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure, because we would like to hand over the rooms perfectly cleaned to your next tenants.
Hygiene flat rate once 15.- Euro
Including: heating, electricity, water, parking.
Excluding: local spa fee in Krün
Pets on request for a fee per day 10.- Euro
The cancellation conditions and amount of the deposit will be communicated to you directly after booking.
