Modernly furnished and equipped with the latest technology and entertainment, this holiday home in Cape Coral offers space for a total of 8 adults.

The spacious entrance area leads you directly into the approx. 125 m² living/kitchen area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with the latest electrical appliances and has enough space for all the kitchen utensils that a chef's heart desires.

In the large living area, a sofa area in front of the entertainment centre invites you to linger. The 65" LED TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime and offers the perfect cinema feeling via the Sonos system. If you're also in the mood for winter in Florida, you can switch on the electric fireplace and treat yourself to a mulled wine in front of the ambient fire.

The dining area offers space for 8 people and can be extended to 10 people if required.

The living/kitchen area separates the two sleeping areas, each of which has 2 bedrooms measuring 20-25 m² with full-size king-size beds.

The two bedrooms in the right wing each have their own bathroom with shower/WC and a large built-in wardrobe for clothes. One of the bedrooms is directly connected to the lanai and the pool area via a patio door.

The two bedrooms in the left wing each have their own small bathroom with washing facilities/WC and a walk-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are connected to the 18m² master bathroom via the small hallway. In addition to the very spacious shower with XXL LED rain shower, there is also a bathtub. The rear of the two bedrooms is directly connected to the lanai and pool area via a patio door.

All bedrooms are equipped with a 42" LED TV

Both bedroom wings are connected to separate air conditioning systems that can be controlled separately. So if some of the guests prefer to sleep at higher temperatures than the others, this can be easily organised.

The lanai with a total size of over 50m² offers you a further dining area for up to 10 people, a club lounge with 55" outdoor TV and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge.

In front of the lanai is the pool area. With a total length of 10 metres, we made sure that you can not only splash around but also swim a few lengths. The saltwater filter system ensures crystal-clear water that is environmentally friendly and harmless to health. The pool is equipped with multi-colour lighting, which can be controlled by remote control, as can the switchable heating.

A special highlight in the pool: If you lower the bar stools, which were specially made for the pool, into the water, you can watch the next Super Bowl directly from the pool with a bottle of beer.

To protect our younger guests, the pool area can optionally be separated from the lanai with a safety fence.

The separate whirlpool invites you to relax in peace with a glass of bubbly with a direct view of the lake.

In the outdoor area there is an additional pool toilet and an outdoor shower.

The open sea can be reached directly by boat via the canal without locks. A boat deck is planned and is expected to be available in mid-2020.
