This is a 70m² holiday apartment to let. This light and charmingly furnished apartment enjoys a very quiet, but convenient location in Lichtenrade (about 30 minutes from Potsdamer Platz).

Both double beds have good slatted frames and supporting mattresses. There are two TVs and two small stereo systems in the living room. There are also two luxurious shower rooms, each with a hairdryer. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, ample crockery). It is ideal for four people, with supplementary beds available for a further two guests.There are two balconies outside. You can park on site, which is secured by a gate. Note: According to the Berlin regulation, rental for tourist purposes is not permitted during the time of the exit restriction. Bookings for business trips are not covered by the ban, bookings based on the exit restrictions are also not affected.Owing to the convenient location, all shops and restaurants etc. are within easy access.
