This flat is located in the "Centrale Mazzoni" apartment building, a well-known architectural work of renovation of the former thermal power station built by the architect-engineer of the Minister of Communications during the Fascist twenty-year period between 1933 and 1937.
This is a large 40 sq. m. studio apartment on the ground floor, bathroom with shower cubicle, heating and air conditioning, sofa bed, LED TV, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus squeezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Centrale Mazzoni is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia railway station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia from where you can reach Rialto, San Marco and Lido with line 1.
To reach Marco Polo airport you can take the bus or taxi at Piazzale Roma.
In addition, a 5-minute walk will take you to the Guglie, Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio area, where you will find numerous bars and restaurants of excellent quality and not very touristy.
Check-ins are possible from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in you will be asked to pay the city tax, which is equivalent to 5€ per night per person.
