Villa Belize is a charming 2-bedroom villa with a heated pool (optional), located in the peaceful Jacarandá complex, in the heart of Oura, famous for its restaurants and bars. The villa is a short 5-minute walk from the beach and just 2.5 kilometres from Albufeira's old town. This villa is the ideal choice for those who want a car-free holiday.


The property has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a living/dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and there is wi-fi access throughout the property.


The property has a heated swimming pool (as an optional extra), a portable barbecue and a cosy outdoor space to entertain your family and friends with an al fresco meal.


It is not necessary to hire a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if required.


If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


The pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.


Prices up to 4 people.

The 5th and 6th people will be charged an additional amount which includes an additional bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).


In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
