On the ground floor, the large communal area integrates the living and dining room, equipped with air conditioning. The space has a three-seater sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing moments. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cookery lovers.


On this floor there is a guest toilet, a shared bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: two air-conditioned doubles with spacious wardrobes and a twin, also air-conditioned, with elegant furnishings.


On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with air-conditioning and large wardrobes, as well as a shared bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a twin bedroom with two comfortable beds and a private bathroom with shower.


The outside invites you to relax, with a sparkling swimming pool and a barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining.

It is not necessary to hire a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


The pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance and filing fee of 2.9 per cent will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amount (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.


Prices up to 12 people.

From the 13th to the 16th person an additional fee will be charged which includes an additional bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).


In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
