An advance payment of 50% may be charged after booking. Payment must be made on site in cash or by debit/credit card. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price.

Description of the unit
Experience cosy comfort and pure relaxation in our spacious and tastefully furnished rooms with a magnificent distant view. The air-conditioned bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. An additional room with two single beds is available, perfect for families or groups. In the living area, also air-conditioned, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, electric hob including oven and dishwasher to make your stay a pleasant one. A comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and a dining area with stools create a relaxed atmosphere. A second bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin is directly accessible from the living room. *Check-in: Arrival is possible between 15:00 and 20:00. For other arrival and departure times, please contact us in advance. *Check-out: Departure should take place by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. *Key handover: The keys will be handed over personally on site. *Pets: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets. *Baby cot: A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request. *Tourist tax: A tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per person per night will be charged separately on site. *Breakfast: You are welcome to book a small breakfast on site. *Included services: - Towels and bed linen - WLAN - Parking spaces *Coffee and tea: Coffee and tea are available free of charge to a limited extent.
