Apartment located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.
In 50 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people with a bedroom and a double sofa bed.
We are located in Mestre, in a central area well connected to reach Venice in a few minutes by bus. Bus services available 24/24h.
Bus stop near the house.
Paid parking along the street on blue lines.
One of the first cinemas in Italy and one of the most famous theaters in the Veneto region were built in Mestre.
LIVING AREA: kitchen complete with electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven and other services, living room with sofa bed and TV with dining area.
DOUBLE BEDROOM: wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES: Unlimited Wifi, split A/C in the living area, iron and clothes horse.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia. From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Venezia Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
