It has a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room, plus a garden of around 500 m². The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room open to the bedroom with walk-in shower
- A separate WC/utility room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot and various childcare equipment, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private overflow swimming pool (4mx2.5m), heated and open from 1 April to 1 November. The pool is secured with an electric submerged cover (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).
