How can I see if an apartment is available?

Enter your travel dates in the calendar in the search box. Then you will know immediately if the accommodation is still available for your chosen dates. In certain cases, you will need to send a booking request first which can be accepted or rejected by the landlord within 48 hours. Instantly bookable rentals can be found by ticking the corresponding filter under the tab “Type of accommodation.”

Can I bring my dog or other pets?

To see only pet-friendly accommodations, please activate the corresponding filter. Select your destination first and then activate the field “pets allowed” in the filter “amenities.” The description of each property provides more detailed information on the respective regulations. Would you like to bring more than one pet? In this case, we recommend asking the landlord directly before booking.

How and when do I find out if my booking request has been confirmed?

When you request a booking via Holidu, you will promptly receive a confirmation via e-mail, indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner. After that, you will normally receive a booking confirmation email from the provider of the accommodation within 48 hours. In case you have been redirected to a partner company and have placed your booking there, you will receive the confirmation email from this company.

Dear Traveler, There are new developments each day regarding Covid-19, also known as Corona-Virus. Due to this we are experiencing an increased number of inquiries, therefore we would like to give you some brief information about possible cancellations. Would you like to cancel your booking? As a meta-search engine we are handling bookings of vacation rental providers like Novasol, HRS or EHR. Cancellations have to be made directly with the respective vacation rental provider, and the terms and conditions of those providers apply. Therefore please forward your cancellation request directly to the provider noted in your booking confirmation. For general questions, you can send an email to service@holidu.com. What should I do if I do not get any booking confirmation email?

Please also check your spam folder for the booking confirmation email. Normally, it takes up to 1-2 workdays until the booking is confirmed. In case you have not received any confirmation, even after 48 hours, please contact us via online contact form. We will then check if your booking has been submitted and the correct e-mail address has been used.
