How do refunds work on Booking.com?
The refund process depends on the payment option you selected at the time of booking:
- If you chose "Pay Now": Your refund is fully managed by Booking.com. Once your booking is cancelled or modified, any applicable refund will be processed directly by Booking.com. For further assistance, we kindly recommend reaching out to Booking.com’s customer service via chat or phone call.
- If you selected "Pay On": Holidu is responsible for processing your refund. Once your booking is cancelled or modified, any applicable refund will be sent to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank’s processing speed, the refund should appear in your account within 2 to 4 business days.
