Can I change the name of my property?
If you're looking to change the name of your property, you’ll need the help of your Account Manager, which is responsible to change the name of your property:
Submit a Request via Your Holidu Host Account
In order to contact your Account Manager, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Holidu Host Account .
- Navigate to "More" on the upper left side.
- Go to the "Contact Section."
- Select “I need help with a listing.”
- Choose “I want to update my property’s description text, amenities, or photos.”
- Click on “My topic is not covered, or I still need assistance.”
- Fill out all the required information.
- Click “Submit a Request.”
