How can I update my pricing & seasons?

Whether you're updating your nightly rate, setting seasonal prices, or applying special discounts, this guide will show you how to modify your prices quickly and efficiently.

How to Update Your Prices

Follow these steps to modify your prices:

1. Log in to Your AccountStart by logging into your Host account.
2. Navigate to Your ListingGo to the listing for which you want to modify the seasons. Prices are considered nightly, not daily.
3. Go to configuration, the Pricing SectionWithin the listing, find the 'Pricing' tab or section. This is where you can adjust your pricing settings.
4. Update Your seasonsIn the pricing section, you’ll see the option to change your seasons (your standard nightly rate, check-in/out days, weekend prices and minimum stay). Adjust these as needed and save.
5. Set Seasonal PricingIf you want to apply different prices for specific periods (such as holidays or peak seasons), check if there is already an existing season for that period and opt to amend that. If no season exists for the desired dates, or the new season you want to create will be shorter than the existing, create a new season by clicking on the blue button “+ Add prices”. Be aware that the new season does not delete the old one, but shorter seasons override longer seasons. Finally, check your calendar and check if all dates have nightly rates assigned, and most importantly, are those prices correct? Click on the top of the date you want to check, and you will see how many seasons are configured for that day.
6. Apply DiscountsYou can also offer discounts. Scroll down to look for the option to add discounts.

Please be aware that prices are considered per night! If you have created a season until x date, the price will be considered also for the night following this date.
